Rules and Conditions of Exchange
Long-Term Outbound Students
When students and parents participate in the Rotary Youth Exchange Program,
they must agree to comply with all rules and conditions of the exchange
program.
Students and the parents of outbound exchange students must submit a signed
copy of the rules as part of the long-term exchange application.
They must also agree to ESSEX rules regarding outbound exchange students.
Failure to comply with either set of rules and conditions may result in
the
immediate termination of the student's exchange.
