Important Dates

• Submit applications to ESSEX outbound coordinator from December 22 through April 30
• Outbound departure dates will be determined by the host districts Inbound applications to ESSEX will be considered through May 15th
• Inbound applications should be processed by host districts with thirty days
• Inbound student arrival can not be earlier than August 1st
• Departure of inbound students should be immediately after school ends. Departure must never be after July 31st
