Short Term - Medical Insurance

All exchange students participating in Rotary ESSEX's short-term exchange are required to purchase a CISI Bolduc Plan B insurance policy. If you are accepted by ESSEX to become an exchange student you must purchase this insurance coverage, even if you have other insurance.

Cost

A 3-4 week exchange requires a one-month Plan B policy at a cost of $60.00
A 6 week exchange requires a three-month Plan B policy at a cost of $165.00 

Application

 2010 application will be placed here as soon after we receive it from CISI-Bolduc Insurance Company. We should receive a copy in November, 2009.
